"How can I help my fifth-grader overcome 'spelling test anxiety'? When we review at home (verbally and written) he spells correctly,at school over 50% wrong. All other subjects, math etc. he does excellent. "

"I AM GLAD IN A WAY TO PUT A NAME TO WHAT MAY BE HAPPENING TO ME. I AM THE SAME WAY. I BITE MY NAILS HALF WAY DOWN, THEY BLEED AND MAKE MY HANDS LOOK UGLY AND I AM 52 YEARS OLD. NOW I KNOW TO GET HELP ON CUMPULSIVE ANXIETY DISORDERS. THANKS."
